- Do you ship international?
Of course!

- What are the payment options?
For now you can only pay through paypal, perhaps more options will be available in the future. If you would really like to purchase something without using paypal, a bank transfer might be optional by contacting me.

- What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates will appear once you filled in your country.

The costs depend on the weight and size of the product. I've tried to determine it for each product separately but as I can't know in advance how many products will join your order it's possible you need to pay a bit extra or switch to a package. I'll keep you posted after your order. If you've paid too much a refund will be on your way after shipping your order.

- How long will it take for my package to arrive?
I usually send out packages on Tuesday and Friday/Saturday. In the Netherlands your package will mostly arrive the next day {except on Sunday and Monday}. In Europe it will take 2 to 4 working days. Outside Europe it will take approx 5 to 8 working days, but could also take up to 15 depending on where you live. Please let me know if there is a rush :). Contact me for more detailed info.

- Where can I get those cute little plastic animals starring in your product photos?
They are from 'Schleich', you can buy them at Le Diorama for example.
